last updated 2026. by creating an account, buying a ticket or subscription, or joining a session, you agree to these terms.
what WeDance is
WeDance hosts live, audio-only ecstatic dance sessions you join from home. a host DJ guides a continuous musical journey; you move in your own space, with no camera. WeDance provides the platform and the space - it does not supervise you physically and cannot see or monitor you during a session.
health, assumption of risk & liability exclusion
ecstatic dance is vigorous physical activity that can also bring up intense emotional release. you take part entirely at your own risk. WeDance is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and nothing here or in a session is medical advice or a substitute for professional care. you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part, and you are solely responsible for deciding whether any movement is safe for you and for stopping, resting, or seeking help if you need to.
if you have - or might have - a heart condition, are pregnant, have an injury, a mental-health condition, or any condition that exertion or emotional intensity could affect, consult a qualified professional before joining, and do not join against their advice.
to the fullest extent permitted by law, WeDance, its founder, and its hosts accept no liability for any injury, harm, loss, or damage - physical, emotional, or financial - arising from your participation, your surroundings, or your use of the platform. you release WeDance from all such claims and agree to move within your own limits. nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
your space & safety
you are responsible for your own environment: clear enough space to move, safe flooring, nothing you can trip on or knock into, and appropriate volume to protect your hearing. no alcohol or drugs. if you feel unwell at any point, stop and rest.
tickets are valid for one session only
a one-time ticket admits you to the single upcoming Sunday session it is bought for, and to no other. it is not transferable to a later date. if you cannot attend, that ticket is not automatically carried over - see refunds below.
group tickets & guest emails
when you buy tickets for friends, each ticket is tied to the email address you enter for that friend, and each of those friends is invited to create their own WeDance account to attend. each email must be distinct and must not be your own. tickets are personal - one account, one person.
one account, one person
accounts are personal and must not be shared. sign-in is by a single-use link sent to your email (or Google), so there is no password to pass around. we may suspend accounts that show signs of being shared between different people.
subscriptions
the $40/month subscription includes every Sunday session and renews automatically each month. the monthly cycle runs from the moment your first payment succeeds (for example, a payment on 28 February at 14:34 renews on 28 March at 14:34). you can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. prices may change with reasonable notice.
no refunds
all tickets and subscription payments are non-refundable. a subscription can be cancelled at any time and simply won't renew - you keep access until the end of the current paid month - but past and current payments are not refunded.
affiliate program
eligibility. a visitor must arrive through your unique affiliate link to be eligible for commission. the affiliate code present at the moment of purchase determines who receives credit.
commission. you earn 30% of what a person who came through your link pays - on each ticket, and on every month they stay subscribed (so up to $12/month), recurring for as long as they remain an active customer.
attribution. credit is based on the affiliate code in the browser when the purchase completes. if a visitor switches browsers or devices, types the address manually, or clicks a different affiliate link after yours, the sale may not be attributed to you. only the code present at the moment of a successful payment counts.
hold & payout. there is a 15-day hold between a qualifying purchase and it becoming payable (to account for failed payments or disputes). payouts are made manually in USD via Wise or PayPal, on request - email hello@wedanceecstatic.com. accumulated payable earnings must reach a minimum of $30; below that, they roll over to the next cycle. you can track everything in real time in your dashboard.
abuse. rewards require genuine referrals. self-referral, circular referral, fake accounts, or other abuse void rewards; in a dispute our records are final. you are responsible for any tax on your earnings.
duration & changes. commissions continue for as long as we operate the service. we may change or end the affiliate program at any time; pending commissions above the payout threshold will still be paid. participation is at your own risk and we make no guarantee of earnings.
music licensing is the DJ's responsibility
each host DJ warrants that they hold all necessary rights and licenses for the music they broadcast, and indemnifies WeDance against any claim arising from it. WeDance carries no music-licensing responsibility. when Max is the DJ, the responsibility is his; when a guest DJ plays, it is theirs.
conduct & recording
sessions are live and are not recorded for replay. do not record, redistribute, or commercially reuse a broadcast. treat fellow dancers and hosts with respect; we may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive.
privacy
we handle your data as described in our privacy policy. WeDance is EU-oriented and follows GDPR principles.
