every sunday, for 90 minutes, we close our eyes, switch off our minds, move, feel, release emotions and become happier.

the host takes you on a guided journey - slow grounding, rising energy, an ecstatic peak, then a wind-down to stillness. no alcohol, no drugs. move or don’t, feel, smile, cry, jump, sing or scream. it’s your journey to connect to yourself.

just a phone, tablet, or laptop - and ideally headphones (a loudspeaker works too). plus a little space to move in and somewhere you feel safe to let go. that’s it. no equipment, no experience, no dance skill.
no - and that’s the whole point. there is no video, ever. nobody sees you. you are completely free to move, cry, sing, or lie still, without a single person watching. it’s just you, your headphones, and hundreds of others doing the same thing at the same moment.
yes. this isn’t about dancing well, or dancing at all. you can sway, walk, shake, jump, sit on the floor, or lie down. your body knows what it needs - the only job is to let it move how it wants and get out of your own head.
one continuous ~90-minute journey, guided by music and sometimes a few words from the host. it starts slow and grounding, builds and rises, reaches an ecstatic peak where you can really let go, then comes back down to stillness - a shavasana rest on the floor. no alcohol, no drugs. just you, sober and awake in your body.
they’re welcome. people laugh, cry, shake, release. that’s not a side effect - it’s often the whole gift. whatever moves through you - joy, sadness, anger, relief - you’re allowed to feel it here. (this is a space for release, not a substitute for therapy or medical care.)
yes. it works in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer - just put your headphones in and press play. you can lock your phone and keep dancing.
no - WeDance is live. the magic is that hundreds of people are moving together in the same moment, once a week. you show up, or you catch the next one.
$15 if you book more than 48 hours ahead, $20 on the day. or $40/month for every Sunday dance. buying for friends? group tickets save you up to 25%. and if you share your personal link, you earn 30% - up to $12 every month - on everyone who joins through it.
tickets and subscription payments aren’t refundable. a subscription you can cancel anytime though - it just won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
each dance is led by a host DJ who curates the whole journey and is responsible for the music they play. WeDance is the space that brings everyone together.
for years I built things alone, behind a screen. I’m good at it - but somewhere along the way I noticed how much I missed just being with people, moving, feeling something real together.
the first time I danced with my eyes closed, no one watching, no phone, no drink in my hand, something cracked open. I cried, I laughed, I felt more like myself than I had in months. and the strangest part was doing it in a room full of strangers who were all, quietly, going through their own version of the same thing.
WeDance is my attempt to give that away - and to make it possible from anywhere. you don’t need a venue, a scene, or the courage to walk into a room. you just need your headphones and 90 minutes. no camera, so no one sees you. hundreds of us, alone in our own homes, moving together at the same moment.
come dance. let something move. I’ll be there on the other end of the music.
